the most fundamental level, what does
Intersol offer its clients?
Rod Brazier: We help
create the conditions that allow people
--individually and collectively--to achieve
the results that matter to them. That
almost always involves fostering "meaningful
conversations" in which people find common
ground on interests, aspirations, plans.
We create the environment and the methods
for having those conversations, for ensuring
they're focused, constructive and inclusive.
An important part of this process is helping
people gain fresh perspectives on their
organizations and environments, the actions
that are indicated, and how they'll work
together to be successful.
